Pillar Healthcare Ltd., is a Manx based company established to address the global decline in male and female fertility. Pillar through its founder, Mark Whitney, designed the nutritional aid, pre-Conceive. pre-Conceive is a nutritional formulation that is proposed as a conjunctive aid to assisted reproduction and a viable aid in improving key fertility parameters. In a landmark independent clinical study, a first of its kind, Pillar's unique formulation was examined. The conclusion stated "pre-Conceive combined with nutritional advice improves the levels of key fertility and nutritional parameters, though a larger study is required to validate if pre-Conceive can improve overall fertility in patients."​ In commenting on the findings from the study, the late, great, Dr. David Smallbone, M.B., Ch.B., L.R.C.P., M.R.C.S., M.F. Hom., F.C.O.H., who a past President of the Food & Health Section of the Royal Society of Medicine (UK) stated: "I believe the report favourably shows that providing adequate nutritional materials can and does influence the body systems.
